What does your work look like?

As a Senior Consultant, BPS, you will play a key role in conducting financial administration and compiling and preparing financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards. You’ll set up and evaluate financial processes, while maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels and upholding the highest professional standards.

What are the role's main responsibilities, what will it involve?

  • Assist in providing solutions to clients on compilation engagements and financial processes across industries, ensuring high quality and compliance in financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing solution-focused service to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the quality, progress and profitability of client assignments are safeguarded within budget.
  • Actively working with team members, sharing knowledge, and refining approaches to deliver excellent outcomes.

As Senior Consultant BPS, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or Business Economics.
  • A willingness to obtain an AA qualification.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, ideally in the Dutch Caribbean.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills including proficiency in accounting standards such as IFRS and Dutch Gaap.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • A self-motivated, ambitious approach with a dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
